Athlete Development- Girls Lacrosse

Looking to take your lacrosse game to the next level? These 75-minute individualized sessions are designed to develop the whole athlete.

What is Offered:

  • 45 minutes of personalized lacrosse training focused on skill development, game IQ, confidence, and position-specific coaching

  • 15 minutes of mobility, stretching, and breathwork to support movement quality, recovery, and injury prevention

  • 15 minutes of athlete nutrition education to help athletes learn how to properly fuel, hydrate, and recover for peak performance

My goal is to help athletes build the skills, habits, and confidence needed to succeed both on and off the field. Every session is tailored to the individual athlete's goals and developmental needs.
